How to Pay BBMP Property Tax Online in Bangalore

Paying your BBMP property tax online is simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps to complete the payment:

Step 1: Visit the BBMP Property Tax Portal

1. Go to the official BBMP Property Tax website: https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in

Step 2: Fetch Your Property Details

1. Click on “SAS Property Tax Payment”.
2. Enter your Property Identification Number (PID) or previous year’s application number.
3. Click Submit to fetch your property details.

Step 3: Verify & Calculate Tax

1. Confirm that all property details are correct.
2. If any changes are required (such as property usage or size), update the necessary details.
3. The system will automatically calculate your current year’s tax amount.

Step 4: Choose Payment Method

1. Select a preferred payment option:
   ✅ Net Banking
   ✅ Credit/Debit Card
   ✅ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
2. Click Proceed to Payment and complete the transaction.
